TELECROFT, the leading Greek company in the provision of customer relationship management services, in the context of further developing its cooperation with the leading gaming company OPAP, is looking for Betting Customer Management Representatives with the aim of their immediate integration, after their final selection, into our human resources as new associates.

Job Description:

Betting Customer Management Representatives are responsible for supporting OPAP customers, specialized in online services and the Group’s products. Their basic duties & responsibilities include online customer support via live chat, email communications and telephone service of incoming calls, improving the betting experience of each player.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through chat, phone and email in real time
  • Perform verification checks in relation to the profile of each customer (KYC)
  • Support and guide customers with all requests and monitor them where required
  • Promote technical and operational problems to the competent departments
  • Provide feedback to management on the betting experience of players

Training and Professional Experience

  • Undergraduate degree IEK or TEI or AEI desirable
  • Excellent Knowledge of Greek language (C2)
  • Good knowledge of English language (B2)
  • Excellent use of PC in Windows environment (desired certifications ECDL/Keycert)
  • Familiarity with the field of online & sports betting will be considered an additional qualification
  • Previous involvement with the field of online & sports betting will be considered an additional qualification
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (for male candidates)
