Job Description:

Betting Customer Management Representatives are responsible for supporting Allwyn customers, specialized in online services and the Group’s products. Their basic duties & responsibilities include online customer support via live chat, email communications and telephone service of incoming calls, improving the betting experience of each player.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through chat, phone and email in real time
  • Perform verification checks in relation to the profile of each customer (KYC)
  • Support and guide customers with all requests and monitor them where required
  • Promote technical and operational problems to the competent departments
  • Provide feedback to management on the betting experience of players

Training and Professional Experience

  • Undergraduate degree IEK or TEI or AEI desirable
  • Excellent Knowledge of Greek language (C2)
  • Good knowledge of English language (B2)
  • Excellent use of PC in Windows environment (desired certifications ECDL/Keycert)
  • Familiarity with the field of online & sports betting will be considered an additional qualification
  • Previous involvement with the field of online & sports betting will be considered an additional qualification
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (for male candidates)
